Nowadays if what happened at 1:34 were to take place, the guy in the line

@Blakmajik78 Notice the trend? i never knew soul train line was co-ed.
Every since I was a kid, the gender was separated. A family that dances
together stays together.

SatchManFan says:

@Blakmajik78 “You could go to huge gathering and not have to worry about
somebody pulling out a gun or fighting.” I like Chris Rock’s idea: make
bullets cost about $5000 each.

Milwauken says:

@Blakmajik78 – I graduated from HS in 1973. Nobody carried a gun or a knife
in my school. There were still lots of fights, but I never saw anyone
seriously hurt.

Paula Lindsey says:

, This song came out in my Senior Year of high school. I watched Soul
Train every saturday. My sisters and I practiced the dances while watching
the Show. I sure miss being able to do those dances. I Remember laughing at
the Lawrence Welk Show when all the old people would dance to their old
boring music. At least they could still dance to it. When our generation
get’s that old we definately WON’T be able to do our old dances…..

vidaa82 says:

“Dirty Jobs is a program on the Discovery Channel, produced by Pilgrim
Films & Television, in which host Mike Rowe is shown performing difficult,
strange, disgusting, or messy occupational duties alongside the typical
employees. The show premiered with two pilot episodes in November 2003. It
returned as a series on July 26, 2005. The show’s setting was refocused in
Australia for the eighth season, advertised as Dirty Jobs Down Under.”

I Bet They Smell Like Crap.

Blakmajik78 says:

This was a time when black folks wanted to have fun,was creative, trend
setters and took pride in how they represented themselves. They wasn’t
trying to be thugs walking around with their pants off of their asses or
angry bitches rolling their eyes and neck at everything. You could go to
huge gathering and not have to worry about somebody pulling out a gun or
fighting. Just was one big family reunion with people you didn’t even know!
Everybody wanted to party with black folks back then.
