Off Topic Guy says:

ah the good ol’ daze….
When the negro really danced and before the negro sold the soul for the
crack rock.

Rick Pully says:

Ha ha ha ha …. great work !!!!!

Michael q says:

brilliant

Johann G Smith says:

Cool man

Straightupshooter says:

Nice edit job, this really supports the Gaye family in their suit against
Thicke. Damn the rhythm is so close to Got to Give it Up by Marvin.

D Roet says:

Outstanding!

Dom'sDominatingGaming says:

How on earth is this not viral!? This is probably the best response video
to Blurred Lines that I’ve seen so far. (and this is coming from someone
who hates Robin Thicke’s take on the song)

jeanette Allen says:

Yes, outstanding I must say!

Mitou84 says:

Lot of fun and everybody was slender. thanks for the sharing

Jo Z says:

LOL OUTSTANDING !!

princess88990 says:

StorksGlobe says:

Robin & Marvin “Hanging Out on SoulTrain!

Darin Clements says:

Another stereotype dispelled; not ALL black people can dance….

bearmanmr says:

veela lynne says:

I can’t stand looking at Robin Thicke but this is a video I can get
behind!!

Kiersten Winkler says:
alexander o says:

boy does robin thicks version suck

mj peter says:

I like this vid but I’m disappointed at all the renditions to Blurred Lines
and everyone acts as if they’ve never heard “Got to Give it Up”. Marvin’s
ORIGINAL version was actually on Soul Train. At least teach your kids to
respect the originators.

Torre Jackson says:

That was Awesome. All that’s missing is two people doing the BUMP down the
SoulTrain line.

Arthur Elliott says:

Then and Now.. thats what it all about.. This is what we were tryin’ to
give to our children which was at least somewhat decent and, respectful
back in the day! ..It seems like they just didn’t get it,huh? Look at the
young folks on that dance floor.. they are the parents of todays adults.
..you go figure! Bond St.Boo.

Ebony_Love_R_007 says:

Jodie Whatley and Jeffery of Shalamar are in there some where.A lot of
great acts came from Soul Train, Rerun (from What’s Happening) and the
Lockers etc.

DJ RICK RICHS says:

Wow, Reminded Me Of Rochelle Dancing In Series Everybody Hates Chris, He
was Cool ^ ^

ravon1982 says:

Yahnamore Zebulun says:

I think they joined when Soul Train moved to LA, however Jody is from
Chicago.

JSKCKNIT says:

Think I just saw half my relatives here!!

Jeff Wilson says:

You can pretty much put any dance track to Blurred Lines and it will match
up. Someone put Blurred Lines to the opening of The Cosby Show and there is
dancing in just about all his openings and it matched up about the same.

Ebony_Love_R_007 says:

Aww … man that was so cool! Thanks. Oh how I remember and miss those
days, just not the outfits LOL!

ThyGeekGoddess Muze says:

AH! I remember the chick at 1:10…something about her cute step .. and
YAY, dashikis!!

yksexy says:

I CAN’T STOP SMILING!!!

Michael Garner says:

I remember the saturdays with the soul train and american bandstand

1mariajz says:

great music is TIMELESS!

ElsieGirder says:

Excellent video editing! A+

PitoDaddy says:

That’s amazing that you were able to find old Soul Train Soul Line clips
with dancing that matches the Burred Lines rhythm. Good job.

Darin Clements says:

Nereida Trompiz says:

vic7777777777 says:

FUCKED UP

MsKyttie says:

That was fun 🙂

ThyGeekGoddess Muze says:

Well, yah, but Blurred Lines couldn’t get us up like that. That’s the
point. NO editing…that’s a beat! You just slap the track on Marvin’s vid
and say, “new”? yeah NO! LOLOL There’s nothing to do! That’s why it’s so
funny. One thing for sure. That Kmart-jingle upstart was NO threat
whatsoever to the Marvin Gaye franchise. Filarious! And in no way would
Blurred Lines have us moving like THAT! RoflmBao1 Thicke-head cashing in on
copies of copies of Blacks and Gayes is SO OVER. TG!

sara85880 says:

I LOVE THIS!!

sarah sarchet says:

yeah!!

fugi1973 says:

Lawrence Way says:

T.I. Get That Dance/Style From In The Video!
