I meant to comment on this earlier, but he is my hero. I hate that he was
typecast for so long, but I’m glad he’s where he is now. Perfection.

Omg I cried. I’m so happy to see Alfonso do the dance. It takes me back. It
was beautiful. I love you dude.
I kinda feel bad for him. I never realized Carlton damaged his acting
career so much. Meanwhile, Will Smith’s career only went up from there. I
can only imagine how much that must’ve hurt. Alfonso is a great guy and a
fucking amazing dancer.

This has got to be like the highest view DWTS video by about 5.5M more
views. All the other ones only have couple hundred thousand except the
sadie & mark freestyle
Not easy to learn. It is THE CARLTON, like the Rumba or Cha Cha. Should
be a dance move forever created by Alfonso Ribeiro.
It was good too see him do the carlton I miss the freshprince wish it was
bak on

I watched this show when I was younger(even though I shouldn’t have) i
would stay up past my bedtime just to watch Fresh Prince. I even learned
all the lyrics to the rap and performed it for my family. Imagine a 10 year
old doing that. Lol
I think too many people are harsh on Witney. She is a great dancer and her
coreography brings out the best in Alfonso. Let’s remember that she is so
young that she never watched The Fresh Prince. She learned the dance, but
the emotional connection simply can’t be there the way it is for Alfonso.

Witney was just so adorable and sweet in this dance.
I feel bad because what happened to him happens to alot of
actors/actresses. For example, Cole and Tommy from Martin went through the
same thing, the guy that played Steve Urkle definitely got it, and a few
others. But I love how this performance was inspired by Fresh Prince he
deserved it

its not the Carlton dance Courtney cox did it in Bruce Springsteen vid
dancing in the dark and the boss…its the only dance white ppl did in the
80s that black ppl couldnt do…u have to lose your black soul to get it

I do believe alfonso deserved to win but i dont think sadie and mark
deserved 2nd place. Janel and Val had perfect scores, everything you need
for a winner but i guess because alfonso is popular he won. Im not saying
he dident deserve to win, but im saying because of the freestyle, thats the
only reason why sadie and mark won. i think thats unfair.

They should have the show come back with every one that was in it before
like Will Smith and the others and have the the first episode back they
should have a family reunion?
The guy in the red was mad because Alfonso did awesome. Lol
This man was typed cast for what?! Is that why we have not seen him ? THATS
A DAMN SHAME! We all are multi-faceted and these ones that do type casting
should restore these ones careers bring them back in the public eye of
entertainment!
I’m tired of of everybody bashing on Whitney because she looked stiff doing
the Carlton and you expect her to do it better than Alfonso because she’s a
professional dancer? Of course she’s not going to do it better because it’s
Alfonso’s dance. But she’s way better than all you people saying she has no
rhythm. But I don’t see a mirror ball trophy under your belt.
She looks stiff compared to Alfonso.
She makes him look terrific. She’s adorable and has to pretend some
footwork with those damn shoes. Terrific wardrobe for him. Incredible song.
It all came together. Love it all.

I know I’m not big or famous or anything like that but I love dancing with
the stars and it would make my dreams come true if I was on dwts I know I’m
only 11 but I love dancing

I went to the DWTS Tour in Denver just to see this live. They opened with
this dance and of course “That One A– Hole” comes trouncing down the aisle
late even though they announced several times the show was about to begin.
Everyone had to stand up to let them sit down…. I missed the entire dance
:(
